Furnished double room available in a lovely house in Lilliput (walking distance to the harbour, beach and nearby shops). Room includes bed, bedside tables x 2, large wardrobe with shelves/ hanging space, and chest of drawers.

Sharing with one professional female who rents the property directly from owner.

There is also a small spare room (not rented) for guests.

Two communal bathrooms - one downstairs adjoining utility rooms and one upstairs next to bedrooms.

Large sitting room and open plan kitchen/ dining area opening out onto back garden (small front garden too). There is a shed for storage (bikes etc).

House recently decorated with all mod cons and good Wi-Fi.

Parking available on street and there's a bus stop outside front door into central Poole.

Bills include cleaner every two weeks who cleans communal spaces.

Ideally suited to someone who likes a relatively quiet life. Sense of humour is an added bonus!

I would be open to a professional looking for 4 nights a week only (Mon to Fri) who works locally but lives elsewhere - rent would be reduced to reflect reduced requirement.
