1 Large Double Rooms for Rent

I have the house for sale to so that’s why I only offer short term.
The house is a 4 bedroomed nice and quirky 125 years old Victorian property and has a new extraordinary and extraordinarily large bathroom (where I used to have a double room) , a brand new refurbished stylish extra toilet and a lovely new kitchen. I also have a small garden.

The room to rent is a large double and it’s furnished. I live off Dorchester road so it is ideally located, 2 minute walk from the promenade and beach but also very near an exit towards Dorchester. Also walking distance to the Harbour, restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. Parking is on the road. The road outside the house is a permit holder only and costs £80 a year or £50 for 6 months, which you would need to pay to the council. There are also areas nearby to park for free. The rent includes double room and right to use kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a breakfast bar so you can eat there.
I expect lodgers to be respectful and to like peace and quiet and clean after themselves.
There is a one month notice required which will work both ways. This will apply for the time when the lodger is planning to leave or if things don't work out for either the lodger or myself.
