Beautiful large room in new house design

We have just completed a major house project with my husband as the architect.

We have a lovely newly decorated large double room to rent on the ground floor with a bathroom right next to it.

We have our own bathroom upstairs so the ground floor bathroom will always be available.

5 mins walk from Ashley Cross with it's buzzy nightlife and local shops. 10 mins walk from Parkstone Station and links to London Waterloo and the Southwest.

Our son comes back from university on and off throughout the year so occasionally there will be 3 of us in the house.
There is a pretty secluded garden with new decking being built this spring, and plenty of storage space for bikes too.

I am a voice actor recording from my studio in the next room and need quiet during working hours so please kindly don't apply if you're looking for a place to work full time from home.

Pete is an Architect also working from home.

We have a cat, and don't allow dog visitors as this stresses her.

We have made great friends with many of our past lodgers and hope to enjoy the odd glass of wine , coffee or BBQ together.

We are looking for a tidy, relaxed person with a good sense of humor.
