Room available in Branksome/ Parkstone area

Room available in centrally located Branksome, between the Branksome roundabout and Penn Hill areas.

3 bed house with a live in landlord. The house is in good condition with shared shower room, new kitchen and small garden. Off street parking also.

The room is of a good size with a (new) double bed, chest of draws, and draws/ combi wardrobe. An additional single wardrobe that's not in the room currently. I also have a 2nd, larger bedroom you can choose from if preferred. Both rooms have latches for your privacy.

I will sometimes have a 5 year old black Labrador stay at the house. She's very friendly.

The location is as central as it gets for Poole and Bournemouth. Close to several supermarkets (m&s opening soon) and shops, a gym and transport routes.

You will be sharing with me Nick, I work in financial services. I’m into sports, history and a bit of geopolitics. I like all the good stuff like going to the pub with mates and a walk to the beach.
