Room available in Branksome/ Parkstone area

Room available in centrally located Branksome, between the Branksome roundabout and Penn Hill areas.

3 bed house with a live in landlord. The house is in good condition with shared shower room, new kitchen and small garden.

The room is of a good size with a double bed, chest of draws, and draws/ combi wardrobe. An additional single wardrobe that's not in the room currently.

I'm looking for a lodger who works (young professional) or a mature student.

You will be living with Nick, 35 (me) and Will, 29. I work for an American bank and Will works as a doctor. We are both easy going and social.

I'm a reasonable landlord, friendly and easy to get along with. I'm interested in various sports such as football, golf and cricket but I have various other interests.

The house is really close to the shops at Branksome, with a Tesco, Lidil, Home Bargains, John Lewis and soon to be M&S food. There's also a gym, Boots and Decathlon. Branksome mainline railway station is a few mins walk as well as main bus route stops. It's not the most glamorous location but it's off the main road and very well located.

I will sometimes have a 5 year old black Labrador stay at the house. She's very friendly.
