We are a few minutes walk from great restaurants and bars. 7 mins walk to Parkstone station and on lots of bus routes. We are midway between Poole and Bournemouth.

You will have a large, bright room with double bed, desk, plenty of cupboard / wardrobe space and streaming TV with fire stick. We have super fast upload and download speeds.

You large en-suite has a shower and bath - with storage.
If you are cost conscious, You can choose to share the bathroom with me (sharing the bath and shower) - £635 pcm

We all share the kitchen - all mod cons including a Ninja, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The vibe is really easy going. Everyone gets on really well and look out for each other. Niss is a journalist post grad working in marketing (late 20s) and I work in the charity sector. My kids also do come back from Warwick uni sometimes
