This modern first floor flat sits just off Southbourne HighStreet and only a short walk to the local Blue Flag Beaches. Pokesdown Station is only 7 minutes away and there are great bus routes at the end of the road.
The en-suite room is modern, super comfy with (optional extra Egyptian cotton sheets), high quality mattresses, good storage options, underfloor heating in en-suite with a Bluetooth speaker mirror, dual fuel radiator and work from home desk space. Large TV in room with Netflix and prime.
The second bedroom is not en-suite but has all of the same mod-cons as the first! With large tv, workspace and good storage.
The main bathroom has underfloor heating and a tv at the end of the bath for those relaxing evenings!
The TV in the lounge has all of the premium sports and movies. You have the use of a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and family bathroom with TV in bath! Gas smart central heating. There is outdoor seating and bar area for the warmer months too. We have a weekly cleaner, and provide badhand coffee, PG tips tea and toilet roll!
