Large Double room (Monday – Friday, 4 nights)

Would consider 7 days a week on a temporary basis only up to maximum 6 months (Full time £675)

Single occupancy only.
If you require room on Sunday nights this can be arranged at small additional cost per month.

Friendly household, with respect of own privacy, both yours and mine. I'm a live in landlady, with 2 small friendly dogs who live downstairs with me. I have another lodger who lives here monday to Fridays and has been here for 3 years now.

Smoking allowed but only in the garden. Would suit a professional or student that goes back home for the weekends preferably.

Lovely clean modern house in a nice quite residential area in Alderney, near Parkstone and just a stones throw away from the beautiful Bourne Valley Nature Reserve, lovely for walks. Close to Tower Park, 15 mins drive to both Poole and Bournemouth town centres. Good access to trains stations in Poole and Bournemouth. Bus stops few mins walk and routes that go to Parkstone, Poole, Bournemouth, Sandbanks.

Shared use of kitchen / dining area, with all mod cons. Own kitchen cupboard space, washing machine and tumble drier when needed. Modern bathroom with spar lighting and Separate shower room.
Lovely garden / outdoor space with patio. Use of garage to store a bike if needed.
