Modern House by the Sea

I have a large, furnished, sunny double bedroom with ensuite and wonderful sea views available in my home. The house overlooks Parkstone Bay and Brownsea Island.

Within walking distance of Poole, buzzing Ashley Cross, Parkstone railway and Poole Hospital. The area has numerous cafes etc. The house is a two minute walk down to the sea and 15 minutes to Poole Quay via the coastal path. It is a popular launching area for paddle boarders as it is within the sheltered waters of the harbour.. There are numerous sailing clubs (one a 10 minute leisurely stroll away) and wild swimming is popular.

The house is open plan downstairs with a large well equipped kitchen, utility, dining and seating area. Very large lounge upstairs overlooking the sea with balcony. Outside there's a sunny back garden. Off road parking is available.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who likes a clean, tidy and quiet space; someone who is comfortable in their own company but also enjoys a chat over an occasional shared meal/glass of wine.

Please note the house comes with a cat!
