The property is located in Harbour Reach within walking distance of Poole Quay and Hamworthy beach and park. Great for a morning walk or to grab a coffee.

The room available is a large room with a king-size bed and built-in wardrobes. You will also have access to your own bathroom containing a bath, shower, toilet and sink. The room is located on the top floor of a 3-storey town house, which also has a large lounge, fully equipped kitchen and balconies overlooking the harbour. Although a 4-bed property I would only accept one lodger in residence, so you would get the benefit of a quiet property with plenty of space to feel at home.

You will have 1 parking space located in a secure underground car park under the house with direct access to the lower ground floor of the property. This means a frost-free car in the morning and staying dry on rainy days. There is also plenty of bike storage.
