🚅 Transport links - 1.1 miles to Parkstone train station and 1.2 miles to Poole train station. A short walk from local shops and bus routes. Off-road parking is available, as well as plenty of on-road parking.

📺 The lounge has a large, comfy corner sofa and a 65" 4K TV.

🔪The kitchen area includes a washing machine, dishwasher and a large American fridge freezer.

🏖️Household weeknights are fairly chill, weekends are more sociable, and plan to make the most of the outdoor BBQ over the warmer months.

The room will be available towards the end of August 2026.

The main bathroom is shared with one other lodger, as one of the bedrooms includes an en-suite. So no long queues for showers etc.
