The room measures 12 feet by 9 feet in quiet close (cul-de-sac).The bathroom, has an extractor fan and plenty of room for storing toiletries. The kitchen: dining area is shared and contains a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, a microwave oven and kettle and storage cupboards, saucepans,, crockery and cutlery.
