We are a friendly, quiet working couple looking for a clean and respectful working professional or mature student (3rd year or above) to rent a spacious double room in our home in Alderney, Poole.
The house is in a peaceful residential area with easy parking and a large garden.

* Comfortable double ottoman bed (with bedding if needed)
* Two small chest of drawers
* Bedside table with lamp
* Desk with chair (can be removed if not needed and replace with table or chest of drawer)
* Double wardrobe
* Mirror
* Skybox available if required
* Overlooking garden with bird chirping in the mornings
* Facing south

* Shared bathroom + additional downstairs toilet
* Utility room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Superfibre Broadband
* Shared living and dining room
* Large garden with a beautiful outdoor seating area- perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors
* Covered patio – great for morning coffee
* On-road parking (no issues)
* Only 2 people living in the house

We are a friendly working couple with a regular routine. We’re sociable and enjoy the occasional catch-up with friends, but we also really value our own space and a calm home environment.
This is a clean, tidy and relaxed home – not a party house. As we both work full-time, we appreciate having a peaceful space to unwind and recharge after work.
