The house has 2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer and a shared lounge with TV and DVD player.

There is ample on and off road parking.

Supermarket, shops, pub and bus stop are only a 3 minute walk away. Buses run every 10 minutes into Poole Town Centre.

All the house sharers are like minded working adults and professionals.

The house is a fully licensed and regulated house share complying with all current regulations.

Working adults preferred please.
