Room for rent

Hi I'm Elly, i'm 38, i own a 2 bed flat, my current flatmate whos male and a friend is moving out due to work, so i'm looking for a trusyworthy, reliable lodger who pays rent on time, likes cats, and is ok with dogs, as the peraon i am seeing has a dog. The room is single, no wardrobe, room for a small one or close rail, the boiler is in the room in a cuboard so space to put stuff in there, theres a bed and bedside table. Also a window.
Good sized living room with a table and washing rail, i like to socialize but also like my own space, so ideally looking for someone similar, i sometimes go out over a weekend in the evenings or day time. Or stay in and chill infront of the TV, i work as a cleaner in a special needs school 32.5 hours a week, and dance 3 evenings a week. I don't drive so there is a spare parking space next to tbe flat which ia ground floor and has double doors, the person must be okay to occasionally look after the cats if i'm away. And tidy up after themselves. the flat is a few yards from the co op and bus stops and about 10 mins drive to Poole town centre. Please send me a text if interested.
