This lovely well decorated double bedroom is available now. The house is decorated to a very high standard, and we would appreciated shoes not worn in the house and the house to be kept clean and tidy. It is single occupancy only and no children.

We are looking for an employed profession, non smoker, cat tolerant (2 house cats) person, who respects other people’s space in the house.

You will have access to a shared bathroom which is almost opposite the room on the upper landing, share of kitchen and utility (housing washing machine, microwave and freezer space). The room does have an aerial socket should you wish to set up a TV. The main lounge is not offered as shared space.

The room will offer a double bed and mattress, triple wardrobe, built in cupboard space and chair. There is room to add chest of drawers and tv should you wish to add these items.

Rent £650 pcm in advance.
Deposit £650.

Plenty of off road parking available in this quiet area near the beach and a 15 minute walk to Poole Quay.
