Double Room in Terrace house.

Bedroom

Hello, we are looking for a housemate in our house. The current tenants move out on the 23rd July and we are planning to move in the week of the 27th July!!

Its a lovely house, with a cute garden, 2 parking spaces.

A living room with a wood burner which makes it really cosy in the winter.

The kitchen is modern and light, with an american fridge/freezer. And we are both baristas, so they'll be lots of delicious coffees and matchas being made!!

There is a conservatory which has a living space and a downstairs utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

And a big dining room table and comfy sofa in the open plan kitchen/diner. And a cupboard under the stairs for coats, shoes, and storing suitcases etc.

Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms, the bathroom, and a box room which we use as a walk-in waredrobe! And the third bedroom is in the attic.

The bathroom has a bath and a shower and an airing cupboard for towels. And shelves for toiletries etc.

I have a black and white working cocker spaniel called Winnie. She's super chill round the house, but absolutely looooves a walk! She's quite shy at first but once she gets to know you she's very loving!

The house will look a bit different to the photos, as the photos are from the tenants a year ago, so we will have to make it look nice and put our stamps on it when we move in.
