I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful female lodger to share my 2-bedroom flat in Alder Hills. The room is available now and viewings can be arranged.

The room is a good-sized unfurnished double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, giving you plenty of space to furnish it however you like.

The flat

The flat has a shared kitchen and bathroom, with a large back garden and parking available at the rear of the property.

The kitchen is well equipped with:

• Fan oven and 4-ring gas hob
• Fridge/freezer
• Washing machine
• Tumble dryer
• Microwave
• Air fryer
• Toaster and kettle
• Stand mixer

The bathroom has a bath with both an overhead shower and handheld shower.

I like to keep the shared areas clean and tidy, and cleaning equipment including a hoover and carpet cleaner is available to use.

£650 per month

This includes:

• Electricity
• Water & sewage
• Fast broadband
• Council Tax

£300 deposit.

The room is available to move in now, with the exact move-in date to be agreed.

About me

I’m a 26-year-old female. I’m quiet at first but very friendly once I get to know someone, and I enjoy having a good conversation.

I spend quite a lot of time at home, looking after my two cats, keeping the flat tidy and doing things like baking. I also enjoy getting out for walks in nature, exploring the local area, and going into town on a Beryl scooter. Equally, I enjoy a good TV show or movie and having a relaxed evening at home.

I have two cats, who are part of the household and mostly spend their time with me.

I am also a prescribed medical cann*bis patient and use a vaporiser at home. I'm mentioning this upfront as I'd rather be transparent so anyone interested can decide whether they're comfortable with it.

What I'm looking for

I’m hoping to find someone long-term who is clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces. I’m open to people from different backgrounds and age groups, and I'm mainly looking for someone who is reliable, friendly and happy to live in a calm, tidy home.

Female preferred. One person only — no couples.

I’m happy for us both to have our own space, but I also enjoy the occasional chat or spending some time together when we're both around.

The flat is in Alder Hills, with plenty of local amenities and green space nearby.

• Beryl bay on Sharp Road – around 10 minutes' walk, providing access towards Poole
• Beryl bay near the university – around 13 minutes' walk, providing access towards Bournemouth
• Branksome train station – around 7 minutes by car
• Large heath areas and lots of nearby walking routes
• Parking available at the rear of the property, with limited parking at the front
