En-suite room in friendly family home – £700 pcm,

A lovely room with its own en-suite is available in my home in BH14, Poole. Women only, with students welcome to enquire.

The bedroom is on the third floor, offering privacy and space away from the main living areas, with plenty of storage and cupboard space. It’s currently used as a spare room, but all my personal belongings will be cleared before you move in.

You’ll be sharing the home with me and my two-and-a-half-year-old daughter. I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful who would be comfortable living in a family home and considerate of our routine.

You’re welcome to use the shared kitchen, living room and garden, as well as the bathtub in the second-floor bathroom.

Rent is £700 per calendar month, including all bills.
