We have a large room for single occupancy available on 7th July 2026 in a large house - Hamworthy. It has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe (plenty of storage) 2 bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. You will share the fitted kitchen with your own cupboards and the use of the washing machine, fridge and freezer and large lounge dining room with 2 other housemates. You will only share the bathroom with one other person. There is streaming wifi. The train station is close, a bus stop is outside the house and there is off road parking. Close to the Doctors, Dentist, Chemist and Pub. The rent is £600 per month which includes all utility bills and is payable monthly in advance. No deposit is required.
