The house is a light and spacious property which has been refurbished to a high standard to include 2 superb shower rooms, lounge with TV, a fully fitted kitchen and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer included.

The rent includes all bills, inclucing council tax, super fast wireless broadband and fixed Cat 5 cable to all rooms.

There is a weekly cleaner to the shared areas, including the kitchen and shower rooms along with a regular gardener and window cleaner.

The bedrooms have been fully furnished with contemporary furniture and storage beds. All rooms are fitted with TV , USB and Broadband points.

Off road parking for several cars and a secure brick shed for storage.

This property is a fully licensed and regulated house share complying with all current regulations.
