We have an immaculate double room for rent in a flat that has been newly decorated throughout, with contemporary kitchen and bathroom all finished to a high standard. Located in Branksome a very short walk from bus routes to Poole/Bournemouth and the main train line to London Waterloo.

The flat is within easy walking distance of the villages of Penn Hill, Westbourne and Ashley Cross as well as the beaches of Bournemouth and Poole.

Bedroom 1 for rent is exceptionally large and measures approx. 4.5x3.5 metres. King size bed and drawers with hanging rail as well as a small sofa.
Bedroom 2 is a large room containing a king size bed, large wardrobe with drawers and bedside tables, still available (Taken).
Bedroom 3 is again a large room with a double bed, large wardrobe with drawers and bedside table (Taken).

The kitchen/living area has a built in electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and gas hob. It is the communal area to the flat and has a large 4 seater sofa, armchair and additional seating available for entertaining. We have also installed a large smart TV, with masses of additional storage.. The bathroom is fully fitted and has a heated towel rail.

We would like someone who is clean, tidy and sociable to rent a room in our former home.

The monthly rent includes all bills.

Two of the rooms have been taken with the housemates are both in their mid twenties and are really friendly.

My wife and I have recently purchased the flat downstairs which is currently undergoing some work but by the time the room becomes free most of the work should be completed, which includes the use of the garden!

I am an architect working locally and we still live local to the area and are close by if required.
