I have an immaculate double room for rent in a flat that has been decorated throughout, with contemporary kitchen and bathroom all finished to a high standard. Located in Branksome a very short walk from bus routes to Poole/Bournemouth and the main train line to London Waterloo. The flat is within easy walking distance of the villages of Penn Hill, Westbourne and Ashley Cross as well as the beaches of Bournemouth and Poole.
The bedroom for rent is exceptionally large and measures approx. 4x3.5 metres and has more than enough room for a double bed and sofa.

The kitchen/living area has a built in electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave and gas hob. It is the communal area to the flat and has a large 4 seater sofa, armchair and additional seating for entertaining. I have also installed a large smart TV, with additional storage in two alcoves. The bathroom is fully fitted and has a heated towel rail.

I would like someone who is clean, tidy and sociable to rent a room in my former home.

The £550 per month rent includes all bills and rooms are fully furnished. The front green bedroom which has a king size double bed, two chest of drawers, hanging rail, sofa and side table.
My current tenants are someone who works locally as a school teacher and the other works for LV insurance.

I am an architect working in Poole very close to the flat which was formally my home before I moved in with my now wife. We still live local to the area and are close by if required.
