On-street permit parking available (approximately £70 per year)
Driveway parking for 2 cars on a first come, first served basis

This fully furnished, newly refurbished single en-suite room includes:

Comfortable bed with an orthopaedic mattress

Chest of drawers, shelving and two large under-bed storage drawers

Please note this is one of our smaller rooms, making it ideal for someone with fewer belongings or anyone looking for a comfortable short-term base before moving to a larger room. There is no desk in this room and it is not suitable for working from home.

A £100 holding deposit secures the room and will be deducted from the £500 tenancy deposit, which is protected with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

Please note that the holding deposit is non-refundable should you decide not to proceed with the tenancy.

We carry out full referencing at no cost to you. Three months of bank statements may be requested if there are any affordability queries.

As this is a shared home, we have a no-pets policy to ensure the comfort of all residents, including those with allergies and what we say yes to we must be able to say yes to all our tenants and 6 pets in the house would not be appropriate.
