Beautiful modern home with double rooms available for a considerate professional to live in a non-smoking houseshare in West Canford Heath, close to Nuffield estate. Some rooms come furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, and a chest. Additional furniture may be used from the garage.

Services in the room include wireless broadband, freeview TV connection, two double sockets, two USB connections and a separate smoke alarm. The house itself is fitted with fire-safety doors, smoke/heat detectors, etc.

The house is fully furnished with a peaceful decor. There is a large HD TV with DVD player in the communal lounge. The well-stocked kitchen/utility room has a large fridge/freezer, double oven, gas hob, microwave oven, washing machine & dryer and well stocked with crockery/cutlery/pots etc. There is also a pool/snooker table in the heated conservatory. Outside, there is a garden and patio with BBQ.

The house is 15 mins by bike (3 miles) from Poole town centre and 10-15 mins by car (6 miles) from Wimborne or Bournemouth. There is a regular bus service into town and an hourly service between Broadstone and Bournemouth via tower park. The house is near a small fishing lake and is conveniently close to the heath if you enjoy running. It is 5 minutes walk to a modern Lidl store, or less than 5 minutes by car to Asda and two Tesco stores. There is free parking on the drive or in the cul-de-sac plus space for bikes in the garage.

All utility bills with fibre broadband are included. A regular cleaning service charge may be an option, whilst everyone cleans as they go. For a couple, the room rate is higher with a separate fridge and a larger cupboard, +£155pcm to cover a higher share of the bills. However, that licenced couple room has been taken. The rental is RPI-indexed each April.
