I have a double bedroom available in 5 bedroom spacious house the rooms are spread over 3 floors including 4 shower/bathrooms , The house is very modern. on the ground floor there is a large kitchen leading to a communal lounge. there is also a very large conservatory which leads to the garden/patio area.

Internet access is via the latest WiFi technology and this is available throughout the whole house.

Hamworthy is a parish and inner suburb of Poole in Dorset, England. It is sited on a peninsula of approximately 3 square kilometres that is bordered by Upton to the north, Poole Harbour to the south, Lytchett Bay to the west and Holes Bay to the east.
The beach is only a 5 min walk from the property
And is located 50m from a bus stop which has a bus going into Poole town centre approximately every 15 min.
There is also a restaurant/pub located 3 min walk called The Yachtsman
