6 ensuite rooms located a walking distance to Ashley Road shops, bus routes and a short commute to Westbourne & Poole center.

The property is fully furnished to a high standard and there are 6 ensuite bedrooms. Each has its own LCD SMART TV, super fast wifi available throughout house plus individual data points in each room.

The £750 room is on the ground floor of the house and has a good sized ensuite, the second room for £680 is on the first floor and also has an ensuite.

A large fully equipped communal kitchen, complete with double fridges and freezers.

Washing machine and tumble dryer AT NO EXTRA COST plus outside clothes line.

Sunny patio/barbecue area.

Parking- on street parking and 2 parking spaces on driveway first come first in basis.

RENT INCLUDES - all bills & wifi, including a cleaner for the common areas (fortnightly). The cleaner is also available to clean tenant rooms for a charge.

Each bedroom - is fully furnished with a bed, orthopedic mattress, wardrobe and a combination of drawers, shelves and bedside tables depending on the room. All have ensuite shower rooms.

All fire alarms have been hard wired in and all council standards have been met. This house has been completed to meet all housing regulations for your safety and to a high standard and we hold an HMO license with the council.

Total deposit is £300 which includes a non refundable (only if you don't end up moving in) holding deposit of £100 which will then go towards the main deposit when you move in and be paid back to you on check out.

No special disabled access but 3 ground floor rooms. Kitchen is also on the ground floor. The age range indicated is to make sure there is a fit with the current tenants who are this age range already. We do accept other age ranges in some of our houses but it is all about making sure the house works well for everyone. (current & incoming tenants)

Sorry, we don't accept couples, smokers, students or pets in this house (no pets because shared housing isn't right for pets)
