There is a self contained unit on the 1st floor occupied by 60 something professional male.

2 further bedrooms on the first floor. 50 professional female and vacant room. You will share bathroom with this person.

On the ground floor there is 3 bedrooms. 50 professional female 2 vacant rooms

So the person I rent too, will be sharing a toilet and separate shower room with a 50yr old woman (very clean) but may in the future share with another person.
