In the process of purchasing a new place and sadly having to let go of 2 existing lovely lodgers one has been with me for 7 years but travels means it's not attractive. Therefore looking for another nice lodger in Preston weymouth to join.
The transaction of my new property is going through and now rather advanced, it could fail of course but I am wanting to find a nice lodger which can take time so starting early and looking ideally for more long term arrangement.
There is one double available with an additional room (second seperate lougne) if required. There is also parking and enough space for your own veg patch having cira 0.5 acre of land.
