A comfortable double room is available in my peaceful home in Shaftesbury.
I’m looking for a considerate, reliable lodger who is looking for a genuine home rather than just a room. The house works best with someone who communicates well, and enjoys being part of a calm shared household.
I work from home, so I’m looking for someone with a reasonably predictable routine who appreciates a quiet, respectful environment. This would not suit someone working night shifts or very irregular hours.
I value a balance of privacy and connection; we each have our own space, but also share responsibility for the home. This includes small everyday things like taking turns cleaning shared areas, putting bins out and helping with things like watering plants when one of us is away.
I sometimes work away, so it’s important to have someone who is settled here and happy to be part of keeping the house running smoothly.
