Bright Airy Double Room in Sherborne

Hey! I’m renting out a lovely king-sized room in my 3-bed terraced house, just a 5–10 min walk from Sherborne town and train station. The room’s on the first floor and looks out over the street, with loads of natural light, a minimalist Nordic vibe, and a relaxed, natural space. It comes furnished with a king sized bed, built-in wardrobe, bench, and chest of drawers if you want them.

The house itself is a bit of a doer-upper – think quirky, evolving, and full of character – with a cosy wood burner for the colder months, a sunny south facing garden out back, and shared living spaces that feel calm, humble and lived-in. You’ll be sharing with just me (I’m a friendly tradey, usually grafting during the week and climbing on weekends) and Isla, my beautiful and gentle dog – so a dog-lover is a must!

I’m offering the room a little cheaper to reflect that the house is a work in progress. But if you’re someone who enjoys a creative space and doesn’t mind the odd ongoing project, you’ll feel right at home. Bonus points if you’re into climbing – I’m hoping to build a climbing wall in the garden sometime soon.
