Looking for a quiet and friendly place to live? Aged between 22 and 35? Next to beach in Edwardian house? We’ve only 1 room left, viewings on Saturday!

Whilst it is a house share, there are two kitchens and all rooms are ensuite. The layout is like 2 living quarters (2 sharing & 6 sharing) It’s incredibly quiet. Check out our video of the room available.

We are looking for someone aged 25 - 35 to join our household.

This is a welcoming, calm and respectful household of non-smokers who are working professionals or postgraduate students by the sea.

All communal areas are cleaned weekly. Our lodgers are a mixture of working from home and at their workplace. The upper house has its own fast cable broadband. We expect a kind and supportive atmosphere, and keen to have like-minded souls join the household.


Well located with the beach a few minutes walk away and The Grove high street with a good selection of shops, restaurants and cafes also a two-minute stroll. Space for bikes is available but not guaranteed.

A kitchen/diner with separate washer/dryer facilities room and well-maintained ensuite rooms throughout. These rooms are on the first and second floor above our own apartment. We live on-site, and our apartment is at the back of the house on the ground floor.

We have created a quiet, homely and nurturing residence perfect for working professionals aged 25- 35, contractors and postgraduate students. PLEASE NOTE: there is no communal lounge. However, there are so many places to socialise on the doorstep. The kitchen upstairs is also the social hub of the household upstairs.

The property is within easy reach of the town centre, Christchurch and a short distance to the AECC. Pokesdown train station is 10 minute walk, and the high street is on the main bus routes. Utility bills and fast broadband connection included.

Rooms can become available at different points of the year depending on the length of the agreement with our lodgers. Updates will appear throughout the year. The average stay is 6-24 months but you can stay as long as you need.
