The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, tv and wifi. It is a very sunny bright room with a courtyard area for the occupant. Wet room style en-suite.

The room has its own entrance from
outside into the room. The room is downstairs at the property and leads into a shared kitchen which I and my family use and is fully functional - gas range - American style fridge, microwave and washing machine.

I live here with my 2 sons, 21 and 23.
We are a quiet , relaxed, friendly household.

My property is just off Iford Lane so a short walk to bus stops, Bournemouth Hospital, JP Morgan, Tesco’s, Boscombe, Southbourne, Pokesdown station and the beach all within walking distance.

I am looking for a professional working person. May also suit mature student.
Short or long term let or just Mon-Fri also considered.
£680 per month. Bills included.
£400 deposit.

Not suitable for couples. Sorry no pets!
