The room is downstairs at the property and leads into a shared kitchen which I and my family use and is fully functional - gas range - American style fridge, new microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Kitchen is undergoing refurbishment at the moment but covid has slowed things down!
My property is just off Iford Lane so a short wwalk to bus stops, Bournemouth Hospital, JP Morgan. Boscombe, Southbourne, Pokesdown station and the beach all within walking distance.
