Current occupant is just myself and no pets, although I do occasionally look after my friends dog / cat so must be comfortable with animals potentially being around.

Room is furnished and has lots of storage space plus built in wardrobe. Amenities include shower and bath, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, oven and induction hob, fridge freezer - shared access and use of garden / lounge.

25 min walk to beach, 5 min walk to buses to Christchurch and Bournemouth. 30 min walk to train station. Ample road parking as not a through road, so also very quiet.
