Double room in shared flat

I'm looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy to join me once my current housemate has moved on in August. The neighbours and landlord are lovely people!

The shared spaces I have furnished myself and I would take with me if I was to leave (which I'm not planning to leave in the foreseeable future)

In terms of the shared spaces - There is room for another small sofa, I have my own small sofa that I use and have a TV already.

You would need to furnish your own bedroom, kitchen crockery etc. I don't share toilet roll or washing machine stuff but I don't mind splitting cleaning items as it's a shared flat. The washing machine is owned by the landlord.

The fridge and freezer is split evenly but owned by me. Cupboard space in the kitchen is split evenly as well.

There is a small cupboard for coats and bits.

There is a paved shared garden out back which gets sunshine during the day.

Road parking is available.
