Perfect for professionals working in Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole who want a comfortable, quiet weekday base, with more independence than a typical lodger arrangement.

What you'll get

* Double bedroom in our newly refurbished annex
* Your own private bathroom (used exclusively by you)
* Shared kitchen – we'll only occasionally use it during the week while you're out, so you'll enjoy a high degree of privacy.
*Fresh bed linen and towels provided and changed regularly.

I may occasionally pop into the kitchen while you're at work, but otherwise we'll leave you to enjoy the space in peace.

It offers far more privacy and independence than a typical lodger arrangement, at an affordable cost –

**just £625 per calendar month, including all bills and ultrafast fibre broadband.

Monday–Friday arrangement

The room is available from 3pm on Monday until 11am on Friday each week.

Weekends and August are reserved for our occasional Airbnb guests, friends and family, making this ideal for someone who works locally during the week and returns home at weekends and for holidays during the summer.
