Walk down a flowered side passage to a garden with a private entrance into a self contained studio. The studio is in Southern Road BH6 with the cliff top and beach at the end of the street. Southbourne Grove is at the other end with excellent bus routes and Pokesdown station is 11 minutes away by foot.

Southbourne Grove offers supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, a variety of shops, everything you might need.

Parking is available.

The studio has a double bed, table and chairs, arm chair, fully equipped kitchenette, shower/toilet room. Bills and WiFi are included.

There is a shared utility space with the main house, with washing and drying machines. You can do one light wash and one dark wash per week, included in the rent.

We live as a family in the attached main house, a married couple and our teenage son, a friendly dog and cat. We are friendly but your space is private. We do not permit visitors to the property, no partners, family or friends, and so the studio is only suitable for someone who wants to study or work in a quiet area and socialise outside and elsewhere.

The studio is available September to mid June.

I have put that I am a live out landlord, as the studio is private. But this is not a tenancy agreement, it is a lodger’s agreement due to the shared utility space and included council tax.
