Double room bedsit

This is not a house share but a lodgings arrangement - I have a double bedroom which I rent as a bedsit. It has an en-suite shower room and a separate kitchen area for my lodgers sole use. The hallway is shared, as is the washing machine which is in my main kitchen. There is no lounge. The room has patio doors onto my garden and you are free to use my garden. The room and kitchen are essentially self contained on my ground floor. There is not much storage available.

Parking is directly outside my front door on the road in a very quiet close - there is never an issue with parking..

My last lodger was here 4 years and I would prefer another long term lodger.

Would suit a professional working person who does not work from home. Employment and Personal references required and payslip proof of affordability required.

You will need to be very clean and tidy, respectful of my property and a quiet soul - sorry but this is not a noisy or party house 😊.
