Cosy room recently decorated.
I'm looking for a non smoker, friendly, quiet, clean and tidy professional/full time worker.
I reside in the property with my 17 year old daughter (part time) with two cats.
The bathroom and kitchen is shared so will need to be left clean and tidy after use.
Most bills are included.
On street parking not an issue.
I anticipate that we will will meet up to see if we are compatible and there will be a trial period payable.
