The lodge was built 10 years ago and is situated in a tranquil spot overlooking fields and viaduct towards the sea 5 minutes drive away at Lyme Regis.
There is a very large and bright insulated front room ( South facing)with Central heating and a wood burner.
The 2 double bedrooms are off the main room , with the large bathroom beyond.
There is a wide south facing sundeck with picnic table.
Lyme Regis can also be reached by walking for forty minutes through the fields and along the river.
Bills are not included, however you will not be charged council tax and electric and water are minimal.
LPG gas bottles can be ordered in advance for the hot water and central heating.
Preference will be given to those seeking 6 month stays
