There is a wide south facing sundeck with picnic table.
There is wifi and phone signal
Lyme Regis can also be reached by walking for forty minutes through the fields and along the river.
Bills are not included, however you will not be charged council tax and electric and water are minimal. There will be broadband to pay and
LPG gas bottles can be ordered in advance for the hot water and central heating.
Preference will be given to those seeking long term stays.
