A double room available, to join my lovely existing lodger and her friendly house cat in this spacious bungalow in a quiet location.

Would suit a single professional. Current lodger works from home normal office hours approx 3 days a week with a desk in the dining area.

Shared modern bathroom and spacious shared areas: lounge, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, oven, large fridge freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer. High speed broadband. Large enclosed and private garden, currently undergoing some improvements, and off road parking. All bills included. Will consider part time let (eg mon-fri).

Price flexible if you can offer some contribution to maintenance e. g. garden maintenance.

Quiet cul-de-sac location, great neighbours, 25 min walk to west moors high street which has a lovely range of shops/cafes & two pubs. Local convenience store less than 10 mins walk, big Sainsbury’s and Lidl 15-20 mins walk. Market towns Ringwood and Wimborne 10 min drive in each direction. Lots of lovely walks from the door, including the west moors plantation, Castleman Trailway and moors valley. Easy access to A31- Southampton just over 30 mins drive, Bournemouth just over 20 mins drive or Dorchester 45 mins drive.

A bit about the current tenant:

Hi! I’m Hazel :) I love animals, snorkelling/diving, crafts, books and good coffee.

I’m friendly and chatty if you want to be sociable, but also respect the need for peace and your own space and I need that at times too. I’m very easy going and low drama! I strive to keep the home clean and tidy and a pleasant place to be :)

I work in travel/tourism; I’ve travelled extensively in the past working as a wildlife guide and still have a couple of adventures doing so each year! I work on the admin side of wildlife holidays nowadays; I am mainly home based (for 3 to 4 days of the week) but go to the office 1 or 2 days per week.

Weekday evenings I tend to just relax with dinner and TV (I am happy watching fantasy/sci-fi, true crime/drama, comedy - a bit of everything!) Weekends I am often out and about seeing friends and family or volunteering.
