There is a shared substantial characterful vintage lounge & dining area, with a porch overlooking the landscaped garden. Laundry room with washer and dryer. The large hygienic kitchen has a fridge plus storage per tenant, and well maintained equipment.

Off road parking on a first come first served basis. Also free residential roadside parking. A shared pretty cottage garden with seating is at the front of the house.
