Lovely double bedroom with private en-suite shower room within walking distance to Westbourne and Bournemouth Town Centre!

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 21 & 19 year old sons!) with a large 7 bedroom detached home in the peaceful Alum Chine area of Bournemouth.
We have a lovely double bedroom with a private en-suite shower room available. In the bedroom there is a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, single wardrobe and bedside table. There is a sink in the bedroom and a private en-suite shower room and toilet. The bedroom is on the top floor of the house so has some sloping ceiling over the bed but otherwise full height ceiling and is nice and quiet! Our spacious home also has a newly fitted kitchen and dining room. We have gas central heating and super-fast fibre Broadband throughout the house and there is plenty of street parking (free).
Our Edwardian detached home is within walking distance to the award-winning golden sandy beaches of Bournemouth and Poole as well as the vibrant area of Westbourne, with a large range of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Bournemouth town centre is 2.4 miles away and within easy reach either by bus, bike or walking along the seafront!
We are a quiet, friendly family and we're sure you'll love it here! We have been welcoming 2 lodgers for many years and one lodger has lived with us for over 5 years!
