I need a flatmate to share my lovely flat. I'm a very chilled person at home, I like to come home from work and relax, so would ideally like the same in a flatmate. I love cooking, baking, watching F1 on a Sunday. I do not drink, so would prefer someone who isn't a big drinker.
The shared rooms are lounge, kitchen, dining room, utility room, bathroom. There's also a separate toilet with sink, which will be for the personal use of the new tenant and I will use toilet in the bathroom. There's a lovely balcony, which I have planted flowers and fresh herbs. All the bills are in my name, I have calculated this into the monthly rent. Also we have a parking space, I do not drive so it'll be for the use of new tenant. The double bedroom is very large, with fitted wardrobes, a desk, tv and unit, king size bed and sofa. We are situated between Bournemouth Town centre and Westbourne, just at the top of Durley chine, so literally a 5 min walk to the beach, any questions please message me.
