Large room available in Central Westbourne flat

We have a very large room available to rent in a central Westbourne flat a minutes walk away from all the shops, bars and cafes of Westbourne. Sorry but we are only looking for a female. We are a freindly couple who have been renting out rooms for many years now. We are looking for only polite, quiet tenants who are seeking a very quiet room and atmosphere. The room would only be for the female renting and not for friends, boyfriends or girlfriends to come back to. We do have a little jack Russell who is only 6 months old so is still quite lively so the new tenant must be ok around dogs.
