Renting out my top-floor double, private space in the eaves with its own ensuite, tucked away from the rest of the house. Boho jungle vibes, fully furnished.

The house is a Victorian terrace in Weymouth, 100m from the beach, walking distance to town, the train station and everything you need. You'd have shared use of the kitchen and living room downstairs.

A bit about me, I run a design an coworking studio in Dorchester and I'm out and about most days, so you'd have plenty of space. Chill household, no drama, respectful of shared space.

I live with Shadow, my 13 year old rescue cat. He's super friendly, very social. Ideally, you'll be a cat person.

Available from October, rolling 30-day contract so no long-term commitment either way, but happy for it to run longer if we click. Could suit someone in transition, working remotely, or wanting a seafront base.

£750/month, all bills included (gas, electric, water, wifi, council tax). Council tax band C.
