✨ A lovely fully furnished double room is becoming available in a friendly, welcoming home.

We are live-in landlords and share our home with our small, friendly dog. We’re looking for the right person who will enjoy a comfortable home environment and treat the house with the same care and respect that we do.

No allocated parking space, but the surrounding area has plenty of parking options
Great local area with plenty of amenities and facilities nearby

👤 Who we're looking for
Ideally, we are looking for a working professional who is:

Female ( age 30-45)

Clean, tidy and respectful
Responsible and considerate of shared spaces
Able to provide good references
Comfortable living with a small dog
Looking for a friendly and settled home rather than simply a place to sleep

🧹 House expectations
We simply ask that the room is kept clean and tidy and that everyone cleans up after themselves when using the shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. We want the home to remain comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.

📅 Tenancy
We would ideally begin with a 3-month short-term agreement, with the opportunity to continue on a longer-term basis if everything works well for everyone.

🏠 EXPECTED MOVE-IN DATE: 1st NOVEMBER
