We are looking for friendly professional working people to join a happy house for a long term tenancy. We have en-suite rooms available, suitable for single occupancy. Each has a wardrobe, drawers and a bedside unit. The en-suites have a shower, toilet and basin. Smoking outside only.

Enormous double kitchen with all appliances, huge lounge, garden and parking. Two kitchens in one, with 2 fridge/freezers, plus 2 fridges and a tall freezer as well, 2 range cookers with 4 ovens, 2 hobs (12 burners total), 2 grills, 2 built in microwave/grill/ovens, kettles, toasters, 2 washing machines, tumble dryer, airing cupboard, dishwasher, loads of cupboard space, breakfast bar. Some pots, pans, crockery and cutlery provided.

Separate large lounge / dining room with sofas, Smart TV, dining table and chairs. Rent includes Council Tax, gas, water, electricity, TV licence, Wi-Fi broadband and regular cleaner. Separate communal bathroom. TV points in all rooms.

Large paved outside area with smoking shelter, and bike store. Garden with grass and washing line. There is rear access via a lane.
