Mon - Fri let
I have a double furnished room available in my 2 bedroom semi detached house in Chickerell Weymouth. Modern and quiet estate off the coast road.
I’m seeking a professional non smoker who is ideally out at work during the day (I’m a emergency services worker and sleep during the day when on nights) so this is Monday -Friday let only. I’m sorry but this isn’t negotiable at the moment. Single occupancy only.
The Room includes a smart tv with freeview, full fibre broadband, double bed, chest of drawers bedside unit and some hanging space. Plus use of facilities including kitchen bathroom, garden, and parking
6 minutes drive to Weymouth town centre and 15- 20 minute drive to Portland.
References required and one months rent payable as deposit. Contract will be required .
Please feel free to contact me should you need any further information or simply for a chat
