Double Room Available-Mon-Fri Let Only

I have a double furnished room available in my 2 bedroom semi detached house in Chickerell Weymouth. Modern and quiet estate off the coast road.

I’m seeking a professional non smoker who is ideally out at work during the day (I’m a emergency services worker and sleep during the day when on nights) so this is Monday -Friday let only. I’m sorry but this isn’t negotiable at the moment. Single occupancy only.

The Room includes a smart tv with freeview, full fibre broadband, double bed, chest of drawers bedside unit and some hanging space. Plus use of facilities including kitchen bathroom, garden, and parking
6 minutes drive to Weymouth town centre and 15- 20 minute drive to Portland.

A small dog (cavalier King Charles spaniel) lives here so a dog lover is essential, I must stress he is immaculately behaved and is my responsibility. No other pets in the house I’m afraid. He’s super friendly and He loves people but is very old…🥺

References required and one months rent payable as deposit. Contract will be required . Price can be slightly adjusted for lodgers who require shorter weekday stays but based on minimum term.
