Spare room In Wimborne

Spare room in house. Room has double bed with storage under, wardrobe with rails, shelves, tv.
Bathroom with bath and shower.
My partner is moving away for work. He may be around on occasions but mostly will be just me. We are both professionals. I have an en-suite shower so the bathroom is mostly yours but I will use the bath occasionally.
Shared kitchen diner and lounge. One the bedrooms is set up as a study if want to use to work from home.
Garage has gym equipment in, welcome to use if keep clean and tidy and at your own risk.
We have an electric car charging point on the driveway. If you would like to use this, then we would agree contribution to the electric bill.
The house is a new build so very warm.
Easy access to a nature reserve from the bridge around the corner.
