£120 per week - 35 week contract term time only

Small double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, fold down desk and chair. Plenty of clothes hanging space and shelves.

All utility bills included, full fibre internet, use of kitchen and washing machine.

I am a working professional, I am out of the house Monday to Friday. Would suit a student seeking a quiet home.

Proof of student finance needed, rent due termly as per the university term weeks. You must be able to fully vacate the room during holidays.

Female household so looking for a female lodger. I have two friendly cats in case of allergies! No night shift workers, must be non smoker/non vaper.
