Bedroom & own living room to rent

I am currently living in a lovely two story flat in a great area, situated between Bournemouth & Winton & am now looking for someone to live with :)

You will have your own area of the flat situated upstairs including a bedroom with built in wardrobes and an en suite and also your own living area to do with what you would like! There is also lots of storage space located in the hallways. The only thing shared is the kitchen (fully kitted with all white goods).

Bills are not included in the rental price but these are already set up so this will just be split between us both. Please reach out for further info regarding the bills per month.

I am a very laid back, tidy person looking for someone on the same wave length, I do have a social life and like going out and having fun so would be nice to meet a like minded person!
